You can move here if quality isn't too much of an issue

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
We've lived here since 2001 and this apartment hasn't lived up to its promises.
1 - the fitness center was the size of a closet. ( although ina year they redid it.
2 - the gates are never closed - and are 99.9% of the time broken.
3 - There is only one pool - not two as they advertised. Thae second one hasn't been open since we moved in
4 - The upkeep on the grounds leaves a lot to be desired
5 - One of our neighbours cars was stolen from the parking lot in front of his building.
6 - The tennis courts are always littered with stones and the lights have barely worked.
7 - Our apartment did not have all of the features we were told it would when we moved in
8 - The jacuzzi has never been open - and is now sealed off as is the second pool.
9 - I think the rental staff is somewhat incompetent - and further more - if you call after hours - you get an answering service - and don't think anything will be done quickly!
10 - There is virtually no lighting outside of our building. The light died and it hasn't been replaced in months. It is pitch dark at night.
I could go on and on - but just be sure of what you are getting into
There are like the apartments are huge, and they have done maintenance, the grounds are clear of leaves, the roofs look decent, there are grills on the complex, and the stairs were redone also. Unfortunately my list of complaints far outweighs the good things. . But overall - I wouldn't suggest to someone that they move here.
However - if CCT is a factor for you - they have a bustop right near the entrance to the complex. The traffic on Delk road where the complex is , is very risky - and there are often accidents. So of course when the gates for the complex aren't working - there's even more traffic on that road! I have been trapped outside of my own complex a few times because the gates were broken.
Enough said, at least you know why I think what I do!
