Positive:
I lived in larger one bedroom apt. I was very happy with the apartment (layout, closet space, etc.).
Parking was always good.
The area had a lot of trees which was nice.

Negative:
The gate worked one day out of the entire year I was there.
Near the car wash facility(which was normally flooded), there was a gab in the fence that allowed anyone to walk into the complex from the parking lot of the movie theature next door.
Our neighbors below us were fine (except for loud music ocassionally). Then after six months they moved out. The new neighbors below us were horrible. Frequently, we would open a window or go on the porch and smell pot! During the day people came and went from the apartment below constantly.
It did not feel safe at all.
After our lease was up we found a much safer and nicer place to live! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
