Want to live in the ghetto' MOVE HERE TODAY!!

This place should be called the Ghetto of East Cobb

Where should I start' Ok, we'll start with the property itself.

Bugs..EVERYWHERE. I understand it's a somewhat wooded area, but come on. These guys STILL haven't sprayed for bugs (like they said they would) in the apartment and my lease is almost up.

The "fitness" center is a joke. Half of the machines don't work. Same goes for the "laundry" room (which is filthy by the way).

The gate has NEVER worked. In fact, the management just decided to take the gate completely off. I don't blame them though; when you have a huge hole in the fence that "surrounds" the property which allows anyone and everyone to come in at will, then having a gate is pointless.

Now lets talk about the tenants

Most of the people who live here are cool. In fact, the majority of ADULTS that I've met are cool..but that just comes with having manners. Too bad that they couldn't pass these manners down to their kids. Kids walk around at all times of day and night. Aren't they supposed to be in school'

They play around in the parking lots near (and sometimes on/under) your car. I've even seen them trying to break into houses. Yes, that's right, I said it, 10 - 13 year olds trying to break into someone's house. After chasing them away I told the neighbor. She moved out 1 week later.

Now lets talk about safety.

The cops come around here so much that you would think this place was a donut shop.

One night I went out to the grocery store, on my way out I passed by 1 uniformed officer, one uniformed k-9 unit officer WITH police dog (usually only used to find fugitives), 3 police cruisers entering the gate, 1 ambulance entering the gate.

Management aka "Why you shouldn't hire Takwanda and Shauntisha to represent you". No explanation needed.

Oh, but after the first 2 months of living here I guess you get used to the sirens every other night, the bug problems, unprofessionalism, and the constant loitering.

Bottom line, avoid this place like the plauge, that is..unless you like living in places on the same level as Franklin Rd.
