I lived in the Gardens for three years and it has gotten progressively worse each year. The maintenance is awful, the staff is GHETTO and the property itself is old and outdated.
The trash compactor is always broken and overflowing with trash. There have been several break ins and shootings within the complex. My neighbors loved to leave trash bags outside of their apartment and I had to complain atleast 3 times to management, however nothing was ever done.
There are a number of children in the community with no play area for them and the pool is always dirty. The gated community they told me about has worked one time in the whole three years that I was there.
