I read all the bad reviews and wanted to shine a little light on some of the before mentioned issues. I have lived here for over a month and STILL ENJOY living in the Gardens. There are kids in the aparts...but they were in my last complex too and I did not blame them for "hangin"...HECK! WHEN YOU WERE YOUNGER WHAT DID YOU DO'' I think those worried about safety should invest in safty items, alarm.com has great apt. systems available for purchase and if you wanna be cheap, go straight to Walgreens and spend $20 on their siren/alarm systems.
Management have been excellent in my opinion. I've had different leasing agents and management call me even while at work just to see if my work-orders had been taken care of! I've never had agents care like that. The first thing I did when I moved there was map the crime in the area, even though I moved right from around the corner. Check it out for yourself, the Cobb county Police Dept. has free mapping of where you live. Be Real, if you think you need to live in the Vinings area, DON'T MOVE HERE!...but if you trying to live on your budget and not be roommates with the roaches then at least check it out. You can't change that maybe a police incident will occur where YOU live, but I don't see crack-heads running around the complex. People have given these apts. a bad name and all I tell them is to drive through at various times, as I did, and check them out for yourself!

It's a good thing that you don't see crack-heads running around -- otherwise, it could be a bad place to live! LOL!!!

Most decent folk have just a little bit higher standards than no crackheads running around.
