What a fairytale! When I first moved here, It was a beautiful property. Georgous flowers were everywhere. Apartments were huge and spacious. I LOVED IT!!!

Then all of a sudden, STRAIGHT DOWNHILL. It started with the gate that never worked and the huge hole on the side of it that would allow anyone to walk on property. When I asked about the gate I was told that I pay rent for my apartment, not the ammenities. WOW!!! And I thought that was why I choose the apartment in the first place.

The fitness center went to hell. Kids didn't have a playground, so they played on your car or the equipment in the fitness center. Now there isn't one.

The pool....well, that's a joke. There is pool. There is no tennis court, there is no clubhouse, and there surely isn't any pest control. I have 85 pets and 84 of them are crickets.

I want to talk about the piles of garbage, but they did fix that issue. And now they are putting up a gate (new management and all), but come on. I had my apartment broken into with a key. Sounds like maintanence to me. And the next month they served me for late rent after maintanence stole over $4,000 from me.

WHAT A CROCK OF BULL!!!!

Aside from all of that...management has changed. I can see they are trying, but i wouldn't trust it until I knew they were finished.
