These are really nice apartments, the units are spacious, in a great location and close to everything. The problem is no gives a danm about them, not the units, the condition of the community or the safety of the residents. They allow trash to pile up for days. They changed managment companies and fired most of the compentent maintenance staff, then promised all these wonderful upgrades and what we got was a whole scorching summer with no swimming pool, tennis courts that have not been operational since I moved in over a year ago, no security gates and a fitness center that is a major joke. Then they want to install new fitness equipment and charge the residents to access the fitness room. They are building a new lap pool but we have to live in filth with no security gates. I have contacted the managment company NAL www.nals.com with no assistance. They are all very helpful until you sign your lease. My suggestion, don't give this company your hard earned money, they deserve and they don't appreciate it!
