I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE OR ANY OF THIS PROPERTY MANAGERS OTHER PROPERTIES.... THE GARDENS IS THE WORST PLACE... I MEAN AT THE START I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE GOOD BUT THEN THE GARBAGE WAS EVERYWHERE AND THE MAINTENCE SUCKS. THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE RUDE!! ITS A VERY UNHAPPY AND HORRIBLE ENVIOREMENT!!

Though I can sympathize with you regarding the complex, I would like to say that I have become acquainted with the maintenance staff and I just want people to know that they are nice men that try to do their best. They are on call 24hrs during the week and yes, I have seen them on the weekends as well. The residents will call them at odd hours such as 3:00 a.m. and they must get out of bed and drive to your apartment in order to try to fix the issue that in many cases does not require attention in the middle of the night! So, not only must they put up with pissed off residents who hate where they live and only want to focus on the negative because nothing maintenance does is good enough, but maintenance must also put up with harsh property management that is constantly on their backs about mundane things as well. So I ask, please, next time you need maintenance, they are just trying to do their job so just cut them a little slack.
