I would not recommend this place to anyone. The managers and the staff are rude, unprofessional and dishonest. I would not pay to live here, honestly, I'd live in my car or in a shelter first. It's not worth the money you pay. They don't fix anything, there are water leaks everyone, mold is ever-present everywhere, if you stay on a back unit or on a bottom unit, they are not providing landscaping there. The security gates do not work and the security guard is always sleep. They're not family friendly or safe. I've had other tenants and even the maintenance to advise me that I moved to the wrong place. I was only there 4 months and I got the hell on! It's not worth it, the amenities do not exist yet (they've been happening for the last yr-another tenant said). Bugs, Spiders, and Ants are very prevalent in these units. I had an apt. infested with Ants, not coming from the windows but from behind my bathroom mirror, my tub drain, sink drains, from inside the tub faucet knobs, my closets was totally infested. I would come home at the end of the day and there would be a mound on my sink, on my toilet, my tub. Please I beg you, don't move here, it's not worth it, as if you experience anything, they won't fix it and they will tell you that you had the choice to live here!! Trust Me! Don't make the same COSTLY mistake I did! People that have been here for years have advised me and they are too getting out after several lawsuits and no justice! **Even the Pizza Men & The COBB COUNTY POLICE advised me that this is not a good place to be!! **AT YOUR OWN RISK**
