First of all, I live here for more than 1 year, and everything was fine when we need their help. Here is the list of things wrong with this place:
Kids playing on the streets hitting and scratching cars;
Overflowing dumpster;
Old cars with no tags, punctured tires, trailers, taking good parking spaces;
Old appliances (my freezer is not working for months now)
I had to fix many things by myself in my apartment, otherwise it would not get fixed.
The guys come, take a look at the problem and tell us they will be right back, then we never see them again.
The lights on the outside of the apartments do not work, I get worried about my wife when she gets home after dark.
The gate on the entrance never works, its there just for show and to bother us when we come home at night tired. Half of the times the security guard is not even there.
Please don't move here, you will be so disappointed.
I am just waiting for the housing market to get better so I can get out of here as fast as I can.
This is a clear example of how NOT to operate a apartment complex.

well i work for the security company that works on that property and we are there from 9pm until 5am. when you drive in and dont see us that usually means that we are on the property dealing with the people that live there or there kids or the so called guests that are visiting. so you wont always see us. this is a big complex and is hard to be every where at one time. so if you have a problem with the security then talk to the leasing office and have them put more security on the property.
