Run as fast as you can. You honestly do not want to live here for any reason. It will be too late once you pay your money. One family wanted to back out the day they moved in but couldn't get their money back. NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE. I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE ENDS. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

It's sad but true. And you are 100% correct. I was drawn to the gardens orginially b/c of thier location, amenities and the price. The gym was out of commission when I first moved in with promises of a newly renovated one coming by the summer. Almost a year later, the gym opens and now residents have to pay a one time $25 fee to have access. The bug problem is out of control. The only thing that office gave me to try to fix the problem were a few smoke bombs (and I had to ask for that). The gate rarely works and when it does it creates more confusion and traffic jams. My lease ends in a few months and I will not renew.
