Perfect Place to Live if you enjoy ALL of the following: roaches, ants, crickets, silver fish, kids jumping on your cars, noise from your neighbors because the walls are so thin, cobb county police visits weekly, stopped up toilets, broken appliances, no maintenance.. meaning don't let anything in your apartment break because the maintenance wont come out and fix it unless its an "emergency"... i guess they dont consider broken dishwashers that flood dirty water all over your clean kitchen floor an emergency, an office FROM HELL, ceilings that are seperating from the walls, gates that are constantly broken, trash compactor that is always overflowing, oh did I mention ants.... (they enter through just about every opening in the house including the kitchen), and next door neighbors who engage in drug activities. So if Gardens meets your high standards and qualifications than I think it would be the perfect place to live..
