The grounds look nice, the exercise room and pool area look nice and the apartment they show you will LOOK nice...sign a lease and find out that they have roaches (sit some food on the kitchen counter), ants (sit you coffee cup down while you shower and you will find out) and other bugs. The walls are infested. The dishwashers, sinks, tubs, toilets, walls, ceilings, roofs and anywhere there is water, leaks. After you sign that lease and start having problems you will find that nice, friendly office staff went on walkabout...permanently. The maintenance people seem capable, but seriously overworked and not given the budget or time to really fix the apartments. There may be some good units, but this is not one of them. You can tell by the turnover of tenants. The walls are thin and the noise constant and aggravating. Parking is getting worse and the trash is constantly running over. The lighting is good, but police visits are picking up in parts of the complex. If you move here (and i know that lots of places are worse), make sure that everything works, check for evidence of leaks and get a short lease in case it gets real bad.

Yes there are break-ins...they keep it on the downlow. I called the police to get insite, the police will tell you the truth. dont believe the sign at the front "security cameras in neighborhood"
