I lived there for a year and a half. Looked good at first and liked the gates and camera's in the neighborhood. Boy were we wrong. The gate was always busted. People are too damn lazy to use their key that they have to tailgate in. friends of tenants tailgate in. only camera's are at the gate, which obviously dont work because the gate was always busted. Pools were always full of bugs. My friend that lives there now who is about to move said the tv's in the "awesome" gym are busted and have been for some time now and STILL no basket ball hoop. I wouldnt go for a walk with my daughter after dark because of drugs and the smell of weed everywhere. we'd always tell the office about fixing EVERYTHING we had wrong.... we waited for 4months until we finally got one thing fixed. When we moved in, the AC didnt work, told we had NEW carpet.... it def wasnt there had to of been a child that lived there stains everywhere. Loud neighbors with their music and no respect for other tenants. bugs bugs bugs roaches and ants! security personell obviously didnt do their job, our home got broke into and asked to see the camera and talk to the security...no camera, no guard on duty between 2-6am. Overall bad experience.

1star for parking.... no camera's to keep an eye on the neighborhood to see breakins. Not safe for your vehicle

3star Noise.... could always hear peoples bass from their cars and homes.

4star Grounds.... Kept up well minus the fact that people are too lazy to use a trash can.

1star Safety....Wish I could of put no stars because I didnt feel safe, we had guns in our bedrooms

1star Construction... roof outside fell down, floor under toilet upstairs was soft which make it leak downstairs (probably still not fixed) big gaps under doors for bugs to get into

2star maintenance....dont even want to get into it.

2star staff.... nice to your face and made promises... we never saw them fixed

Everyone before me who said that it was a great place to live probably work there and are trying to draw you into moving there....
