I was so excited to move into the Gardens but I was encountered with problems after problems. My car got broken into and when I called the office they said to call the cops. The gate was wide open that morning at 4 am and no security to be found. I don't think they walk or drive around the premises to see if we are safe. I do not recommend this place. I moved here to downsize and try to save some money, but I think I was better off where I was. Disgusting people having sex in their cars during the DAY! Get a room or go to your apartment! Drug dealings, weed smoking, robberies. About the parties, can the neighbor atleast invite you to the party' Or knock on your door and say "I'm having a party and please let me know if it bothers you". Yes the party was going on until 4 am and no security on the premises. I woke up the next day and beer bottles, cans, trash all over. Disgusting! Office people very nice...but so far this place I do not recommend to anyone. When things like this happen...action needs to be taken. Next time...I'm just going to call the cops...and we'll let them handle it...so this place could be the worst place to live in and where mostly all crimes are taken.
