Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Car theft, vandalism common.
High maintenance employee turnover.
Poor landscaping, swimmining pool open sometimes.
Lots of external noise, such as car horns.
Poor insulation in apartments; what you save in rent, you pay in cooling/heating.
Garbage dumpster overflowing often.
Not pediastrian friendly; no sidewalks along apartment streets.
