I got the worst customer service from the leasing office. They promise me fixing things everytime, but I had to call 3 times before they did anything. Living conditions are awful at these apartments. Roaches, dirty carpet, broken toilet, awful wallpaper, and just about everything. I told them I would leave if they don't come change my carpet and the answer was, "It's OK. Just pay one month's rent." What kind of customer service is that''' I hope no one like me makes a mistake about making a home at these apartments.
They just don't care about their tenants! I give them F-.

I am sitting in about 2 inches of water as I am typing this...I tried calling maintenence, HA! I would rather live in a flooded-out home in New Orleans than live here, because I know that at least, the home will someday be fixed up. I am SO glad I've found somewhere else to live, and I cant wait to get there!
