I moved in this apartment back in Sept 05 and it has been a nightmare until i move out. First, of all they want there rent on time but i went the whole winter with no heat. They cut a hole in my ceiling that is still there. Plus they are lost my rent placing a eviction notice on my door and come to find out my rent was on someone desk that wasn't turn in. And to top it all off they can't keep any professional managers there all are lost and don't know what they are doing. But this is the best part;after i have already moved may 2007 out, all months paid and apartment clean they send me a letter for National Credit System, reporting that i skip from the apartment and i owe them 2,035.00 and that i didn't turn in the key and didn't clean my apartment. Still today i'm fighting this. The manager there now don't want to look into it i have been going back and forth but the creditors and the Better Business Bureau and the ATLANTA Apartment Association, now after all that if you want to stay here and bring your kids in this type of enviroment then that's you but a word of advice, PLEASE PAY THE EXTRA MONEY FOR YOU AS WELL AS YOUR CHILDS SAFETY AND PEACEFUL LIVING AND PLAYING AREAS AND TO ADD IF YOU STILL LIVE HERE GET OUT!!!!!!
