What a nightmare...when we moved here in October of 2002, the place was not that bad at all. We moved here because a girlfriend of ours lived here a few months before we moved in and it was really nice. Now, after being there a little over a year, I'm beyond ready to move out. I don't think they do a great job of screening the people that move into this place! I do not feel safe living here at all with all of these people. There are kids hanging out at all hours of the night in the middle of the street and they don't move out of your way when you're driving down the street. The office staff are nice, but I never know anybody when I go in there anymore. Such a huge turnover rate. Our first apartment flooded in there, so what did they do...they just came in and ripped up the carpet and padding, dried the carpet, put new padding down, but used the same carpet and they wouldn't even come in and steamclean it after they did that. After so much complaining to the manager, they moved us into a larger townhome in there. We love the townhome, but again, the people in this place do not make you feel as if it's a safe place to live anymore. My lease is up soon, so you can bet I will not stay there!
