I lived in Highland Parc for 7 months this was the worst experience. We had a bug problem that management claimed that someone came to spray every tuesday but, it seemed that they were spraying sugar because the roaches kept on coming back. Our bedrooms would not get warm in the winter and cold in the summer. I used my gate key an average of 1 time in 7 months because the gate was always broken. Pitt bull city! I once almost got attacked by a loose pittbull on my way to work. I constantly came home to people loitering in the parking lot. I could never find a parking space because "PEOPLE" brought home all there work trucks. The office never had answers to questions and always had to refer to someone that never seem to be on the premises. The onsite laundry room was a MESS. For a complex with over 500 tenents the laundry room had only 5 washers and 5 dryers. I hated it. I would NOT recomend this apartment.
