Pipes Leak all the Time!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I have been living here for about 2 years now waitting for my family to come from Canada. Over the time here my pipes have leaked so much that I have lost track of how many times.
I have been flooded out from broken pipes in another apt. I have been flooded out by backed up drain pipes for plumbing!
Service for repairs here take for ever! I mean up to a week or more! Had to put up my own kitchen light when they tore it down to repair broken pipes that had been fixed before.
Stay away from this place!
