Major maintenance issues....could use alot of work.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Water is constantly being cut off due to maintenance all the time, withough warning. Water heater busted twice already. Gate is always having problems, contstantly being broked due to people not having cards becuase they werent working for sooooooo long. And there is only ONE entrance gate for visitors and residents.....creates HORRIBLE traffic in entry way. Inconvenient for residents.
