Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Within days of moving in my water was shut off (without notice). Since then the water is cut off countless number of times.
Our electric and gas were both cut off for an ENTIRE day!!! After constantly making trips to the leasing office to investigate the problem, I was treated in the utmost rude manner (which this is common)! I could not bath, cook, & mind you this incident took place in the winter months so I also froze! I was forced to stay with a friend.
When I have a problem with my apartment regarding maintenance issues it literally takes weeks and multiple visits for me to get the problem corrected (literally - no exaggeration).
I could go on and on however I don??t have the time and you probably don??t either. Overall, I would NOT recommend anyone to move into this complex. I have been with Julian Lecraw for over 5 years (Winterset Apts. Marietta, GA. - Riverbend Apts. Atlanta, GA. - Highland Parc Apts. Marietta, GA.) I??ve never been more disappointed with the services I??ve received in my life!
