I was a resident of this lovely community had a great one bedroom. I mean this was my First apartment bymyself so i was in heaven, i has these Faux spanish tiles in my kitchen and also in my bathroom. The only thing is there was a fire, the big one, and i can't complain much about losing my apartment cause i watched them burn i saw the firefighters try their drndest to get the fire out... but my issue came when i needed somewhere else to stay. i was not offered any condolences just an ol well good luck with everything cause the only thing we have here is this for 300 more than what i was paying,so the first day that i move in my place gets brokin into (one good thing police were there in three minute flat), and after my door was broken down it took the mantaince man 1 hour to get there, he lived three counties away now again i told you nice my other place was this one has once while now yellowed kitchen and bathroom floor the appliances were super super old horrible water pressure and my neighbors were having wild parties everynight or the other set was calling the police ever few minutes, it was wild. so i'm here alone all my fam is another state, needless to say i ended up so quickly with my first eviction, i begged and pleaded for a smaller unit ther was nothing available they say. tisk tisk...... just get insurance
