Where do I begin' There's nothing positive to say about this place. When I signed my lease the staff was really nice and the place looked pretty nice... this was during the day..at night this place is scary and is the ghetto. There are always big crowds of ppl in the street making tons of noise. Parking is absolutely unacceptable. There are about 50 work vans with huge ladders on the top blocking spaces every night...if you get home after 8 there's no parking close to your building. People are always just parking in the middle of the street blocking the way of traffic.Or they're just standing in the middle of the street so you can't drive through. The access gate should be taken down because it is always broken by some impatient person who doesn't want to use the call box or doesn't have their gate card with them. Visitors and residents both use the same entrance gate and this casues horrrrriibblle traffic at the entrance. Sometimes there's a line of ten cars (literally) backed up into the main road trying to get in. ONe time I was using my card to get in at the front gate and I was almost hit because someone tried to tail me to get in w/o a card. AFter they got in they proceeded to follow me to my apt. and cuss me out for not letting them in. Ridiculous. Most people living here do not speak English. I'm afraid to walk to my apartment at night. Management is worthless, they don't care about anything. There have been several break-ins and cars have been broken into. But I guess all of this is what you get when the prices for apartments are so low. I wish someone would have warned me. I could go on and on but please do not even think about living here. I am positive you will regret it.
