I must say that I was shocked to see some of the comments listed on this site. I just moved in and did so because four of my new co-workers at Chattahoochee Tech recommended them. My move has been pleasent and the staff has been great. Katrina sent the maintenace guy hang my ceiling fan for free! My last apartment staff charged me for that service. I had a dripping sink and Karen sent someone to my apartment within the hour. I can't wait to give a follow-up in a few months.
