HIghland Trace is the most disgusting place that a person can choose to live. Management approves anyone. With that being said, you can imagine what type of residents stay on property. There is a serious roach problem. Management in itself has issues with manners. They show up to work whenever as well as with a chip on their shoulder. Maintenance will show up to your house intoxicated. You have to address apartment issues several times. I've had leaks in my bathroom ceiling twice, livingroom ceiling twice and in my kitchen at least three times. They came out for my kitchen, made a hole about a yard wide and half a foot length wise and left it there for about three months. I have addressed it on several occasions and they fail to respond. Before moving in the carpet was filthy and the walls needed painting. They said they would address these issues. Regardless to say, they failed to do so. I had to puchase several carpets of my own in order to cover the previous owners pet urine trails. I have made several complaints to their management company (Miles Management). They have received letters along with phone calls and not once have they made an attempt to respond. My lease is up and I will be giving them a peice of my mind, along with the middle finger (Two of them). F*** Highland Trace and their management. By the way, they go through management like a baby goes through pampers.
Practically everybody has a dog on the property. The majority ofcourse, Pitt Bull Terriers. Overall, HIGHLAND TRACE SUCKS..........

If it is so bad why have you lived there so long, it looks like you have lived there for three years according to you listing
