I recently moved into these apartments after relocating, so I didn't know the area. Upon arriving, my apartment was not ready to be moved in. After finally getting my keys, my first night I felt like I was in a Tales From the Crypt movie after seeing "When Roaches Attack" I went to the stores and bought foggers and Raid Killing Gel to alleviate the problem. I complained to management, and after they sprayed, it got WORSE!! I don't know what kind of insecticide they use, but they need to take it back to the store. I've only been here for about 2 weeks, but I am currently looking at other places as I type. Since my first day, the problem has gotten better, but I think its HORRENDOUS when tenants have to exterminate themselves.

I haven't had any problems with management fixing things. The response has been wonderful when I call the front office. I have nice neighbors so far. Although, new neighbors moved below me, and of course management must have sprayed because today I was in war again with the critters... before today, things were looking a bit better. I sent corporate a letter expressing my concerns, and was told that they'd be more than happy to refund me my money.

The only thing keeping me here is I'm just not getting settled in a new place and don't know too much about it. I'm afraid of moving somewhere else just to have to deal with some other kind of issue. I'd recommend ANYONE planning on moving to the lovely state of Georgia to research a little better than I did before picking a suitable apartment.... and do NOT pick Highland Trace...

If they get rid of the roaches, this would be a nice place. Big rooms, walk-in closets, close to everything... but the ROACHES!!!!!!!! Too much to handle.

I am an exterminator, every one knows that roaches get worse before they get better if traeatment is used. Chemicals bring them out to kill them, you said that they treated your unit, sounds like you can not afford to go anywhere else, you get what you pay for, that neighborhood is low income and no class seems like you fit right in

You are too funny... First of all, pay 700 dollars plus and the rent goes as high as 899.00 what is low income about that. I live there and I'm treating those roaches with my own chemicals. Roaches are bad there and I will be moving out when my list is up or sooner. Don't judge what you don't know about.
