i lived here for a year from jan 2007 to dec...Firstly, i paid my deposit like 3 months earlier and when i moved in the apartment wasnt ready and the idiot at the office mary was so dumb...first i came 2 days be4 the day i was suppose to move in and was assured by that idiot mary that my apartment was ready ...only for me to come on the day of move in to find out that the apartment i was actually assigned was given to some one else. then they wanted to put me in 30A, i had to wait outside while they cleaned up...
in the apartment...the wall was cracking...the stove wasnt working..neither was the fridge, washer and the roaches..oh my God!!!! there were everywhere....they did not fix the stove till after i told them that they will have to pay for my expense for eating outside..they removed the cost of the feeding and the exterminator i had to call for the roaches.
after like 3 months....i get a red note on my door that i owe them money and guess what, the original apartment that i was originally assigned wasnt actually rented and gues what ..they where billing me for that for the past 3 months....and for the first time in ages mary actually acted like if she had some sense and wiped the bill. then there was the issue of molds....there is just so much..but as i was moving out..the place was taken over by a new management company...when i walked my apartment with the new guy..he said he didnt believe anyone could have stayed at that apartment or that the damages where there when i moved in but thank God i had pictures and i listed everything wrong on the walk thru paper i signed the first day i moved in...bottom line..unless the new managent is better....run like hell!!!!!!! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
