These appartments are in a word...REVOLTING! Ever since I moved in, I have had troubles. Where to start' The appliances are all very old. The diswasher doesnt drain. The Stove burners were spray painted silver. The Air conditioning is inefficient and old and as a result our typical power bill in the summer is $100 . The water pressure is soo bad that my shower just trickles. The floor coverings are old and dirty. Even clean, the kitchen floor looks terrible. There is ZERO insulation. The neighbors on either side of me play loud bass-filled music that keeps me up all hours of the night. NOW to the criminal activity. The cars in the parking area (there are never any spaces) are constantly being vandalized. There is a break-in about once a month. The ceilings leak and turn brown with water damage. How do they fix it' PAINT!!!! YEs.....paint. I STRONGLY suggest that you look elsewhere. Dont get caught up in some "move-in special" becuase you will pay for it in the long run 5 times over.
