I lived there 1 1/2 years ago, gave ample notice of leaving due to the management and problems. Now I can see how they keep in business by billing ex-tenants and stating that they never supplied their letter of intent to leave. What a scam!! Now I have to fight for them to eliminate this error on my credit report!! Yes I have a copy of the letter but who is to say what Village at East Cobb did with it'
