I just wanted to point out that this management LIES. In the past 4 months that I have lived there my car has been broken into TWICE, my neighbor was robbed at GUNPOINT, and 2 suicides. And the crap letters they send out are snobby and "just a formality". Our storage was broken into, and the main manager had to be bugged and proded to give us the Officers phone # that lives there.



Don?t even get me started on the crap for appliances that they claim are good quality.



The maintnance team dosen?t speak english, and hardly cleans anything. I?ve sent in 4 requests to have my sliding doors fixed before summer and they have ignored them. My carpets were put in by an amature and I?m sure they use toothpaste to fill in holes.



Don?t be fooled by their models, those are the only ones they really work to keep clean.



The pool was closed all summer last year due to a Health Code violation, why didn?t they fix it' LAZY



Come in and take a look around at the empty apartments, the broken gross pool, and the trash all over. I can see the potential to this place being great, they just need a new management team.

Damn.. I just wanted to check it out.. Someone on Craigslist.com is trying to get someone to take over their lease...lol, now I know why!! They really do need a new management team!
