i?m glad to be out of jail!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
on the first day coming in, the place looks nice & the apartment was very reasonable in space and condition. But over a year?s time, I was dying to get out of it-my dream apartment turned into a nightmare! the mgmt company would just come into the apartment whenever they felt something needed to be fixed without my prior knowledge, if I had packages at the leasing office, no one would ever call me to notify me. The outside building condition and the insect problems started to become a REAL nuisance. I've walked out of the apartment severak times to find people's cars broken into. As a result, I never trusted leaving my car in certain shaded areas. Oh yeah, don?t try to move out....read your contract very carefully because they have a 60 day with or without lease written day notice clause (which by Georgia renter?s code is against the law) not to mention they do everything they can to charge you & keep you there. Don?t fall for the first free month thing either-they get you by extending your lease out one more month to make up for that so-called free month you get. The office team is very rude, not to mention the turnover is high (I?ve seen 2 totally different management companies & over 10 different leasing representatives in there over a year lease stay) I?m soo glad to be finally out of there!
