I have looked on this site before I moved in and I honestly thought the negative responses about this complex were just disgruntled tenants, to be quite frank. I have been in the complex for some time now. Lets just say, it's not a full year yet. But the management takes their time on things that needs to be fixed in my apartment. I have a loose faucet fixture, loose ceiling fan fixture (How dangerous is that'). I'll be lucky if my head doesnt get shredded just by walking through my living room. I just found out that the bathroom rod for the shower is NOT embedded into the wall....Who did that' The rod came tumbling on me at a slight tug of the shower curtain. The ceilings are paper thin.I hear footsteps all the time. I read on here before that people got robbed. While that may be your experience, I must say, I havent had that problem here. Im guessing they are starting to switch up the management because WILL is no longer here. Bugs! Sure there is a lake back there, but they should not be in my home as frequently as they are. I have yet to see any pest control. If they enter your apartment, at LEAST leave a note stating you were there. Instead they leave....nothing. I guess you must pull out your crystal ball and see when they came. The grounds are nt very well kept either. Since I been there, I dont think I've seen not one maintenance person either...HA!!! go figure. Spiderwebs, leaves, dead bugs, cigarette butts..Oh gosh the list could go on and on. Would I recommend this place..nah, I wouldn't. NOW I see what former and possily current tenants are saying and possibly thinking.
