I just moved in that the beginning of this summer. I looked in this area and this was the best apartment I saw. There were a few things that needed to be fixed that took a while. Pest control is good they got them in the very next week (they use Orkin :0)The stairway is a lil dirty it has leaves all over the place but then again if you want to be surrouned by some nature its some thats normal. My neighbors are nice aleast the ones I've meet. Only had one problem which was some random couple got into a fight and the cops had to be called but it hasn't happened since then. Overrall its a quite place. Now there are kids so at times its normal to hear them.
