On September 02,2006 both my neighbor and I experienced the worse situation imagionable. We had our apartments flooded with our whole buildings RAW SEWAGE. It took maintence over 1 hour to arrive. In the mean time; everyone else above us had no idea what was going on and continued to use their toilets; bath tubs; etc. while all their sewage poured into our residences. Keep in mind this occured on LABOR DAY WEEKEND. We were told that we could get a hotel and be reimbursed upto $60.00 per night. Of course since this was a Holiday weekend rooms were very hard to find and finding one for $60.00.. forget it. We spoke with the Apartment manager and she did nothing to help at all. She agreed to meet both my neighbor and I the next morning to help us out. Of course we never heard from the manager and we then found out that she had left for Vacation. That is a load of crap. I would recommend you NEVER THINK about even visiting this complex. I plan on building a website that will show pictures and video of this whole experience. You will be able to seach on Google and yahoo. Just use this apartment complex name.
