When we first moved here the move in special was outstanding, management was very pleasant etc. You could not ask for a better place. However as the months went on the physical appearance of the property started to go downhill. The trash bens at the main entrance would overflow excessively leaving an unattractive mess when you enter into the property. Trash and leaves would build up in the stairwells and on the grounds infront of the apartments making it look very trashy! At the rate of rent I am paying I would expect much much more! I am very very disappointed! It seems that they have lowered their standards as far as renters based on the appearance of the grounds and my neighbors. I honestly feel like I am living in low-income housing! I do have to be honest, the floor plan I have is very spacious and the INSIDE of my apartment has been well upkept. I love the inside of my home, but just cannot renew for another year. It makes me sick to drive up and have to kick trash out of my way or pick up trash from my doorstep to enter. I am quite embarrassed to have visitors. I actually have to sweep, clean up and or inspect the outside premises before visitors arrive. I have made mention to management on several occassion regarding the upkeep of the premises. I have said the heck with it! I only have a few more months here! The pictures on the internet are really a misconception of the rental property! Please! Visit the property and see for yourself and you will be suprised! Don't be fooled! I would not recommend this to anyone at the rate of rent they are charging! If rent was to drop several hundreds then it would be well worth what you pay for. In other words...I don't feel that I am getting what I am paying for here! This is a dump!
