My wife and I moved in one day and out the next. The first night there was a party in the apartment below us that was VERY, VERY LOUD. It sounded like the party was in our apartment, that's how loud it was. The apartment was very small and there was no storage. The kitchen is small and again, no room for our stuff. The apartment was dirty when we moved in. Light switches were caked in grease and a few didn't even work. The living room ceiling fan had dust built up on it and was very filthy. The shower faucet fell apart in my wife's hand when she went to turn it on. Many of the light bulbs were either burned out or the fixtures were faulty. Not sure which and we didn't stick around to find out.

They sunk a ton of money into the clubhouse which looks great but they should have spent the money on making their apartments livable. I DO NOT recommend these apartments. You can spend just a little more money and get a lot better place to live.
