I had neighbors that lived above me that had no regard to those living below them. Complaining to management doesn't help because all they want to do is try and smooth things over as if nothing is wrong just to keep collecting rent. Once that neighbor moved, I had peace for about three months and then it starts all over again. I understand apartment living to expect some noise but dang! They sound like they were herding cattle above me. The management once again failed to do their job. Enough about the noise, for goodness sake don't have a maintenance problem, might as well fix it yourself because that's what I do. You call them to fix something and they don't come until the second or third call about two weeks later. The management staff is totally incompetent and then they look at you as if you have four heads when you display you disappointment. I can't wait until this lease is up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are right,the property is run by a complete nutcase. This woman was committed to a psychiatric hospital by her co workers. She is a raging alcholic. She spends most of her time smoking ouside and arguing with her husband about her adopted chinese kids that are as mental as she is. If Heather is still there she is the reason the property is in the condition it's in. She can't keep a staff and the residents have had numerous problems with her. It took her 6 WEEKS to respond to my issue. Do not lease here, there are so many apartments out there with managers that actually work and take care of there properties and address resident issues.
