I hated living here.
The layout was great @ first but it became annoying (my fault totally)!
The kitchen was so small! If i wanted to open the dishwasher i had to open the stove. The drawer handels hit everything such as the fridge, stove not to mention the diswasher too.
The bathrooms- the wood laminate would bubble and split. why' i dont know. wather never leaked...
The insulation sucked. My gas bill was always 160 due to the constant breeze coming form the balcony door. # work orders- still not fixed.
I had a sunk in living room- the stair collapsed... why dunno. i weigh 120lbs...
Fire place was painted with something that smelled horrible!
The carpet shed like an old dog!
the maintenance staff- great once they arrive. I have had to call them neumerous times and pitch a fit @ the office numerous times to get results! My garbage disposal didnt work for over a month- know what that smells like'
one of the office staff lived below me and complained about loud noise... how i live alone and i work nights.
said i had a loud super bowl party....how i was in Miami! showed my tickets and laughed. no apology!
lastly, the office manager elma is such a disrespectful -------! She called my office several times saying i didnt pay my rent to my staff- yet i prepaid my whole 6 month lease. No apology either... just a mistake.
i wont count how many late notices they gave me every month... did i say i prepaid my rent... idiots!
i wouldn't recommend it @ all! its aesthetically pleasing but ---- is raggedy!!!
