Knox Landing

You can't expect much from this place. It's cheap. However, Louise (manager) is a friendly woman and you can work things out with her.

Noise levels can be downright ridiculous regardless of phone calls to the police or the managers office. I must admit that the noise levels have dropped a bit.

Parking can sometimes be something to be reckoned with due to multiple families in a given apartment of the frequent get togethers. More often than not, parking is decent.

Construction is horrible, probably due to structural shifting. Don't don't close lke how the should...concrete on stair are chipping...metal is rusted trhough in certain areas...poor patch jobs with fixing the problems. The climate control is VERY noisy and damp. The stove and oven are both a shame. Plumbing is decent. Fridge is fine.

My biggest complaint is the fact that delivery servies usually neglect to go up a flight of stairs to make a delivery (although the tennant is indeed home). They usually drop the package off at the office which is open ONLY from 8 to 5 M-F. In other words, if you have a "normal job", you're out of luck with retrieving your packages. No exceptions.
