Pros...
1-price is affordable
2-complex is well landscaped
3-staff is friendly
Cons...
1-walls are very thin
2-quality of buildings is mediocre
3-gated community has had many occasions where it was a "broken gate community"
4-parking can be a problem.
5-noise(construction, leaf blowing, grass cutting all done early in the morning...on weekends too, very unprofessional)

Overall its not a bad choice but make sure you get a good deal because the initial asking price is way too high for a complex which is undoubtedly more style than substance.
