Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
They raised our rent from $699.00/monthly for a one bedroom in the front of the complex and after two years of being nice quiet tenants that paid on time every month the management is raising our rent to $725.00/monthly
Nice place, we are very comfortable but raising our rent is not a very nice way to try to keep tenants.
Noise is a problem and so is parking, but the living conditions are comfortable and fairly energy efficient as the units are all electric. Only instance with a Maintenance tech involved a break in the building's water main which set of the alarms for the whole front building for hours in 2002
