I have lived here since 2002 and have no problems. Yes, we did have issues with old staff but since August 2003 things have been perfect! It can get loud but that is to be expected in apartment living. As with the gates...they don't work all the time but most of the reasons why are because of residents. Example, they did not work for a month b/c someone tried to open it with their car.
