First. Anyone moving from Franklin Rd. Or any other Ghetto area is going to find this place nice. That road is notorious for drugs and murder.
Second. Yes be aware!!! The office is a joke. It is a three-ring circus and management is incompetent. Now today I found out that the only girl in the office who was helpful, and actually knew what was going on, is no longer there. Big surprise. She would be busting her ass while all the others picked theirs', they just stare at you like you??re a menace or something if you have a question. They are totally clueless. No one in the office cares about the residents. Maintenance is "ok" if you can get them to come to your apt. You can call any of the morons working there 5 times with a problem, and does it get done'....no! You have to pester them for anything, and now that one girl is not there, she was the only one you could rely on! The manager and asst. manager are completely unprofessional and rude. I watched the manager actually YELL at another resident because they came in with a complaint! It was over nasty carpet in the apt. they had just moved into!! They told me it had dog or cat urine all over it and it stunk, but the manager refused to put in new carpet, so she told them to move!!!'''... Please...what kind of customer service is that' The entire community has gone to hell since the new management took over. The asst. manager screwed up my account twice, she can??t even do her job, so how the hell did she get it' I agree with the other review that there is a severe lack of customer service, courtesy, rules and enforcement. The ??courtesy officer?? is never seen and never responds. I called about the crazy people who moved above me, they were screaming and running up and down the stairs- yes they are ??adults??, and I was told to call the police because he ??wasn??t on the property.?? Big surprise, he never is, I don??t even know what he looks like!!!
Obviously I stumbled on this site because I am not going to renew my lease again, and I am looking for a new place to live, anywhere, I just don??t want to live here anymore. They let anyone live here and don??t get rid of trouble makers. My friend is scared to even go to her apt. because these little ghetto brats sit on the stairs and won??t let her by. Then we just got a letter about 2 break-ins' I didn??t get the letter, nor did any of my neighbors. I called the office and was told that the courtesy officer should have put a letter on every door, but neither building over here on the lake got one??how do I know''' I asked around and noone even knew about it except for my friend who lives on the other side! Just know - this place sucks. I can??t wait to move out of here. It would be better if they would hire some intelligent people in the office and keep the employees who actually care, but now all the good people are gone...imagine that. So guess who else will be gone' That's right-all the good residents.
