If you're looking for something more upscale than some of the less expensive properties in the area, including Kennesaw don't be dazzled by the price you'll be expected to pay or by the 'seemingly' extensive application you're expected to sign "now". The ghetto thrives here- and if you don't believe me just drive by when the school bus pulls up. Also, as long as FEMA and DEFACS are helping to foot the bill for hurricane Katrina evacuees you'll be lucky to find any 'untainted' apartments in this county!

Within one month of moving in we all received letters urging us to get renters insurance due to the uprising of break-ins. So don't let the gate fool you!

My neighbors play hockey above my head and in the stairwell all hours of the night and day and then they carry on with their Jerry Springer charades from 11 pm until sometimes 7 am the next morning and no one does anything about it.

The management act like they care to your face, but their 'lip service' is transparent. They have learned the art of saying what they can to make you believe they have your best interest at heart. It's all BS and acting.

I can't wait until my lease is up! Like many others, I will not be renewing here!
