I have lived here for 3.5 years. When it was Caswyck, I loved it here. But, since the Management change, it is horrible! I understand apartment living will not be perfect & I'm usually not a complainer. But, I want to warn potential tenants of the problems in this property. My List:

Outwardly, it 'seems' to be nice because of the appearance. But this is deceiving!

* The new management is completely incompetent, unprofessional, rude & clueless. They don't care about you at all. The Office is never opened during normal hours. You never get a return call from messages you leave. Rent is too expensive for this place. Oh yeah, they never know what you pay for rent! When you do 'catch' them in the office, they look at you like you're disturbing them or don't want to be bothered. Or, when you get someone on the phone & have a complaint, they NEVER follow through. I have worked in many professional environments, and I don't know who is responsible for hiring, but it's aweful.
* Animal feces is covering the grass & picking up after your pet(s) is never enforced.
* The gate has been broken so many times I can't count - either my someone forcebly driving their vehicle through or just won't close. What is the purpose of having it, when you aren't safe'
* Two parking decals were given out to each apartment for resident vehicles, however, this was a joke, because you are constantly forced to park in the visitor parking areas
* Get a truckload of restaurant flyers & solicitors on your door, but letters from the management always end up laying in the breezeway or blown away that you never receive
* Young children & teenagers hangout until late at night. One year some of these unattended children put a dog in the pool! (Oh yeah, don't mention that people who didn't live there swam & had parties at the pool & you could never enjoy it)
* Two letters from the management I picked up off the ground said there was a break-in in a vehicle & ground apartment; also, they did not meet fire codes from a visit from the local fire department to do an audit because of apartment fires recently
* Has called & left messages for the courtesy officer, who you never know if they will show up or not because of the fighting & screaming that constantly comes from an apartment
* Maintenance is good on following up & resolving issues.

I will be so happy when I finally move out of here. People ask me all the time about this place & I tell them - PLEASE Don't move in here
