I moved out recently. I cannot even begin to mention how relieved I was about the move. The walls were extremely thin. There was terrible parking. I guess they lowered their standards with the tenants. There were some good things and there were some bad things. The building structure was extremely poor. The apartments themselves were very nice, especially the three bedroom ones.

As for the comment from lamonroe you obviously have no clue. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I DO NOT work in the office. I am a teacher at Marietta Middle. I liked this community when it was Caswyck as well as Lakeside. You should know what you are talking about before posting a message that is not true.

I wrote the 'resort' living comment. I am not a part of the management. If I may sound a bit cliche' I apologize. I just like the place. I have bad neighbors who let their kids get too loud over the top of me, but I still enjoy the place.
