What makes a good apartment home is the way the place is built. You can hear everything your neighbors are saying and doing from one apartment to another and when someone complains you get in trouble for walking too hard or for disturbing the peace. People walking up the stairs sound like they are beating on the side of your unit. It was built very poorly and the tenants have to pay the price. A very big price.

The only thing you were right about was the noise. Perhaps the apartments could have been made with better soundproofing. All of your other low ratings were wrong.

I agree, the walls are thin and you can hear people talking loud through the walls and halls. It sounds like they're in your living room!
