I looked on apartment ratings. com and viewed the negative complaints about Lakeside BEFORE I moved. I decided to visit the comlex anyway. The staff was great (ie polite and helpful). I moved in and was satisfied for 2 whole days. I had ants in my apt making a trail from the door all the way to the bedroom. Management states that it is b/c of the lack of rain. I laughed at the thought. Now...my ceiling in my living room and bathroom is leaking. funny yet serious story...maintenance walked throuh the door as I was typing this and told me that the toliet was stopped up. after I told him the water had gotten on my new suede sofa he told me...oh the water was clean. I'm so mad I have to laugh. DO NOT MOVE HERE

atleast I was honest with you....and yes, I am the guy that came to your apt that day. You can blame your upstairs neighbor for the water. Have you heard of renters insurance???
